- 1 cauliflower cut into one-inch florets
- 2 cups of halved brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic thinly sliced

- ½ tablespoon of fresh ground pepper
Mix the prepared cauliflower and brussels sprouts in a bowl along with garlic, olive oil, pepper, and rosemary. Spread this on a baking tray layered with a single sheet of baking paper and cook in a preheated oven for 15 to 30 minutes.

- 3 tablespoon miso
- 4 cups of water
- 1-1/2 oz Asian noodles
- 3-1/2 oz of soft tofu
- ½ cup onion
- 1 tablespoon of dried wakame seaweed
In a pot, boil water and cook the dried seaweed in it for 5 minutes over medium heat. Simultaneously prepare the Asian noodles separately. Mix the miso with hot water in a small bowl; whisk it until completely smooth. Now add this into the broth of seaweed along with the cooked noodles, onions, and tofu.
